Transform with Coach Aqilah Program is a holistic and well-rounded program designed for individuals who wants to lose weight, eat better, gain strength and transform their body sustainably. Whether you're new to training or have done a few in the past, this program offers a path towards lasting change.
Here are the highlights of the program:
- Full body composition and measurements
We're going to start off by establishing your current body stats by doing a full body composition measurement and understand where you want to go from there.
- Holistic mobility, strength training and nutrition coaching
Once we've understand your goals and baselines, you will be coached in mobility, strength training and nutrition coaching that is customised to your current needs. Absolutely no crash dieting or unrealistic food plans.
- Understand roadblocks and manage them with resilience
We're going to truly understand what is stopping you from achieving your dream health and body and manage them with resilience so you have a deep sense of clarity and independence after this program.
This program is open to anyone who wants to start strength training, have body and health goals and want to learn how to be sustainable.
Here's what you'll get:
- 8 sessions of face to face strength training sessions to be used within 2 months (at Tanglin Mall or Raffles Place)
- A customised strength training and mobility program (up to 3 times a week) that can be done at home or in a gym
- One-time nutrition coaching session over Zoom
- Daily nutrition check-ins
